Inventing Entrepreneurs Innovation Competition

Each spring the UCF CEL hosts “Inventing Entrepreneurs”, a competition created to celebrate technological ingenuity and design excellence. The competition requires students to describe and demonstrate an innovation prototype that addresses a specific problem. The event is limited to eight entries and each entry has eight minutes to present their invention to a panel of judges. Entries are judged on clear problem definition, description of solution, originality, engineering, design aesthetics, and presentation quality. This competition is a great opportunity for engineering, science, and tech students to showcase their designs and explore the commercial potential of their innovations.
