The CEL is UCF’s campus-wide academic entrepreneurship center. It seeks to contribute to the vitality of UCF, Central Florida, and the entrepreneurship discipline by pursuing the following goals:

  • Create awareness of entrepreneurship’s contribution to economic and societal well-being
  • Create awareness of entrepreneurship as a viable career path
  • Provide all UCF students with entrepreneurship education opportunities
  • Provide all UCF students with opportunities to develop, showcase and realize entrepreneurial ideas
  • Provide the UCF community with access to entrepreneurship thought and practice leaders
  • Provide support to our partner agencies in the UCF Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship

By empowering opportunity creation and realization within the campus community, the CEL seeks to enhance UCF's overall capacity for innovation, research commercialization, new venture creation, and economic development.”
